About Me:

My name is Aisha Alzaabi, and I am currently studying at Sharjah Higher Colleges of Technology. Moreover, I had developed and improved lots of teaching skills and strategies during these four years of studying primary education.

My Beliefs

Relationship

I believe that having a good relationship with the students is one of the essential components that leads to good and successful teaching and helps in building the students personality and confidence. Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs state that love and belongingness are one of the five needs that children should have to be confident and independent, so as teacher I can provide it by building a good relationship (Maslow, 2013).

Communication

I strongly believe that communication is another key component that supported me as a teacher to improve my teaching skills as well as scaffolding and expanding students learning. An example of communication in the classroom is dialogue; which can increase students’ performance and the teacher communication skill that delivers the lesson content to the students effectively.
