In this section I will present my MCT and MST Comments on the competencies and how I had developed on it. These comments were taken form the reports observation during the teaching practice.

My MCT and MST feedback made feel really encouraged and motivated to continue on being professional and to represent myself as a teacher. in the future, I would continue on being more professional and understanding to have a great experience as a teacher.
Planning for Learning

My MCT and MST feedback made feel great about my planning as they stated that I planned the phases and the activities well which matched the students level. In the future, I will work more on improving lesson planning to have more effective lessons.
Implementation and Managing Learning

My MCT and MST feedback made feel really encouraged as they stated that I have good behavior and classroom management. Also, my MCT stated that I created an effective classroom environment for the students. In the future, I will continue on implementing and managing learning effectively with working on scaffolding the student learning. These are the examples of the strategies that I will use:

Monitoring and Assessment

MST Comments
During the teaching practice, my MCT and MST would always give me feedback about ways that I can assess the students with. I think that at the end of TP I had improved in assessing the students level. As they had stated that I was assessing students throughout the lesson, giving them feedback, monitoring their work and giving them the support they need to help them in learning.

Throughout the teaching practice, my MCT and MST told me that I am a reflective person that will accept their feedback and suggestions. Also, they stated that I was showing my development progress and listening to their feedback to look for improvement which will help as teacher.
